Being away from Paris and back stateside has me missing certain things, namely percolator cafe in the morning, lunch, and dinner, saucisson sec, fromage, and pain (all kinds). This got me to thinking today of places to grab a nice saucisson, and a few places came to mind.

If you’re reading this and happen to be in Greensboro, head to Giacomo’s, but they also do online orders shipped. They are an authentic Italian joint over in the Brassfield area.

If you’re in Oxford, head to Snackbar and ask to purchase from their charcuterie room, or if dining in try their charcuterie plate.

If you’re in NYC, check out Trois Petits Cochons in Brooklyn or 3Pigs.com

My all time favorite is the peppered saucisson sec. Delish.
